By using the tools at tools-inter.actor and 77.tools (“the Service”), operated by Interactor (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
The Service is provided free of charge and on an “as is” basis. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, authorized purposes, and to comply with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platform you use through it. You must not:
The Archiver and Social Search collect or surface content created by other people. You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for complying with the terms of the platform it came from, and for storing, using and deleting it lawfully. Where data-protection law applies, you act as the controller of what you collect and we act only as a processor storing it for you. Do not use these tools to monitor, profile or build dossiers on individuals, and delete archives when you no longer need them.
Sonar surfaces records that originate from third-party data breaches. It is provided for security research, compliance work, and checking your own or your organisation’s exposure. You must not use it to stalk, dox, harass or target anyone, to attempt logins anywhere (credential stuffing), or to sell or redistribute the records. Searches are rate-limited and audited, and access can be withdrawn at any time.
Only use the tool with setup keys for accounts you are authorized to access. Remember that a 2FA setup key does not expire: anyone you give a link to can generate valid codes indefinitely, and sharing one is your decision and your responsibility.
File Drop, File Request and Encrypted Paste are zero-knowledge: the decryption key stays in the share link and never reaches us. If you lose that link, the content is permanently unrecoverable — we cannot restore it, and we cannot produce it in response to any request. You are responsible for what you upload and for whom you give links to.
You are responsible for complying with Telegram’s Terms of Service. Bulk inviting and member extraction can get accounts limited or banned by Telegram — you use these features at your own risk, and only with audiences who expect to hear from you.
The Crypto Suite shows read-only public blockchain data for research, compliance, and safety. It is not financial advice, and must not be used to profile or target individuals.
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
The Metadata Remover macOS app and Chrome extension are released under the MIT license, which governs your use of that code.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interactor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service — including account limits or bans imposed by third-party platforms.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or harms the Service or others.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
